Cancel contracts

The German label above is the exact wording required by § 312k BGB for this function and is kept unchanged on every language version of this page for that reason.

This public two-stage process does not require login. Enter the contract identifiers below. To prevent contract enumeration, ARVN always gives the same first-stage response and sends the final confirmation link only to the verified account email.

The online form above only needs two details — your account email and your subscription or order reference — and treats every cancellation submitted through it as an ordinary cancellation, effective at the next possible date. Confirmation is sent only to your verified account email.

If you instead want an extraordinary cancellation for cause, a specific end date other than the next possible one, or confirmation sent to a different address, please use the text-form contact below — the online form does not currently cover these cases.

You may also send an unequivocal cancellation notice to [email protected]. We will confirm receipt and the contract end date electronically.

Ordinary cancellation supports the next possible contract end only. A termination for cause is not granted automatically. Send exceptional or ambiguous cases to [email protected] for manual review.
