Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform the operator by email at [email protected] of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur fees as a result.
If you requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to the services supplied until you informed us of the withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry for services and digital content
For a paid service, the right of withdrawal expires only when the service has been fully performed and, before performance began, you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ended and acknowledged that the right would expire upon full performance.
For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire when performance begins only if you expressly consented to early performance, acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, and we provided the statutory contract confirmation.
